I've been hearing a lot about how much I've changed in the past week, so I thought I'd post pictures.
I don't know what I weigh in this first pic... It's from four years ago, probably not my heaviest, but it definitely shows how heavy I was. Probably around 215-220 lbs I'd guess.
This was taken two days ago, at 154 lbs.

Oh gosh, thanks you guys
Just eating well and exercising, nothing fancy! I'm lactose intolerant, which was a recent discovery, so I guess you could say I cut that out :P I also try not to eat anything too processed, but who doesn't treat themselves every once in a while?
The last 10 pounds have been with diet alone because I've been busy with school.0 -
