37, 2 kids (21 & 12), live in NE. Never felt comfortable with my extra weight (220 5'9"), and now trying to keep better track of my food and exercise after a friend of mine referred me here.

I was down to 180 at one point and gained it all back, so I'd like to beat that weight by ten pounds.

    Hi I'm new here too :) was also referred by a friend. Im 35 live in Newfoundland Canada. Hoping to get back in shape, get stronger and well get rid of the wobbly bits :)
