    Thank you! It's been hard, and I've gained back some when I wasn't watching my calories (vacation and whatnot.) Can't let those things bring you down!

    Wow I'm super impressed by this picture. I teach smoking cessation classes and I can say that quitting smoking was probably the best thing you could do for yourself. Its also a super hard habit to quit so great job! The weight loss is also extremely impressive! Keep up the good work and stay healthy!!!!
