really just wanted to say thanks to this site an all the amazing stories i read everday on here, this site and the people on here are he reason ive managed to loose all the weight and keep it off! so if you have lost 1 pound or 100 well done! dropping weight is the single hardest thing ive done so well done to anyone who has done and belive me if i can you can to!!!
