Hi

Do ankle guards help? My ankle is a bit tender to the touch after I work out and if I hold it certain ways.

Its not sore, just uncomfortably tender.

    Wish I could help you, but I've never had trouble with my ankles (*knocks on wood*). But I'll bump, so hopefully someone else can give you some advice :flowerforyou:

    My bootcamp instructor suggested physio, but I'd hate to waste all that money if an ankle guard would help

    Maybe try wrapping it with an ace bandage when you work out? Gentle stretching before and after workouts might help too.
