    I am in the middle of a plateau right now. I haven't really lost any weight since June. I know I am really close to goal and these last couple lbs. are soooo hard. But, I really would like to reach that mark. Before that, if I stalled for a couple weeks I would change up my routine and up my calories for a few days. Hope that helps.
