I've never done this before so hopefully this works. I'm not gonna write a long story but i'm just gonna say that my highest weight was 175, i don't have any pictures because I hated to get my picture taken, and I hated the way I looked,I started MFP at 168 with a goal weight to get down to 140. But i've realized that the number on a scale is just a number on a scale, it does not define who you are or your happiness. I've worked my butt off to get to where I am now &I have never been happier. Anyway long story short, I've completed two round of P90X, lost a total of 13lbs on my first round and 7 on my second, but the muscle gained/inches lost are what have me ecstatic.
