Since I did strength training this morning, I'm going to wrap up my day with a 3 or so mile jog and some yoga.0

Hill sprints - set your watch to countdown 30 secs, find a hill and sprint up it until the timer goes off. Jog back down. Repeat...4? 6 times? How far can you get each time?0

Great idea, and I can't think of another exercise that gives you a better full body workout. You can add all kinds of variations, too...0
