Need a few ideas on what too do tonight.

    Since I did strength training this morning, I'm going to wrap up my day with a 3 or so mile jog and some yoga.

    Hill sprints - set your watch to countdown 30 secs, find a hill and sprint up it until the timer goes off. Jog back down. Repeat...4? 6 times? How far can you get each time?

    Good idea, but my speed isn;t great so don;t need to be getting slower

    Burpees! 30 seconds, 20 seconds rest, 30 seconds, 20 rest...start off with 3 minutes total. I guarantee you'll fell like you've had a workout!. I just started...my goal is to continually build my time...HARD WORK!!!

    Great idea, and I can't think of another exercise that gives you a better full body workout. You can add all kinds of variations, too...
