Hi,
OK, so I am really confused, I've been using MFP for the past two days, but I am not understanding something, you have the Calories counter which shows how much calorie you intake is remanining, but then? I am confused, am I ment to be eating less or eating more?
My main aim is to loss the belly fat, but what should I really be doing? What do you guys suggest? I read a few success stories and I think this could really work! But really need your help. I would say, I am a bit lazy but do walk quite a bit daily.
Thanks.

My recommendation is this... make sure you are eating as close to your goal amount as possible as eating too far below this # can cause your body to go into "starvation" mode which will have the opposite effect and that isn't going to work. If you are excersizing then definately eat all you calories that you are starting with that day and it is up to you then how many you would like to eat of what you burned. I personally try to stick to just eating my goal calories and no more than 100 more if I excersize... now i am not perfect on this but that is how i strive every day. I am just starting back at this after having a baby but my sister has been on MFP since August 2011 and has lost 71# - IT WORKS!! Just stick to it!!
**Another thing to watch - once you get used to your calories is watching the other items in the nutrition such as sodium, sugar, carbs and protein - these things can be key in your efforts as well.0 -
Depends on what you have your calorie limit set at. If its 1200 cals then eat that. Not under, if you exercise on 1200 cals make sure your eating your exercise cals back at least half the time.
If your cals are set to 3000 and your here to loose weight then yes. Eat way under.
This isn't much help but you haven't put anything about you (height, current weight, goal weight and cals limit its set at)0 -
