    Thanks, I ate clean and worked out 5 days a week. I lost 53lbs from May 2011 to Jan 2012 ever since I've been maintaining and lifting heavy training for figure/bikini competitons.
    WOW! Please tell me what you did and how long did it take you.

    Weird that in those pics I didn't know how big I was. I didn't feel big.
