What's the best workout routine?

I don't have much time in the day, usually 30 minutes max to get an intense, full body workout in. What do you guys do in terms of workouts? I tried the 30 day shred for two weeks but ended up injuring my knee.

    elliptical or yoga... heard p90x is great too
  • If you have 30min fight hard to find 30 more-start with an hour of cardio for two weeks and then we can go from there...jlratl

    Turbo Fire is awesome but you need 60 minutes. I just tried a 20 minute version of Insanity which was challenging but soooo good.

    Mix it up, 15 stationary bike, 15 minute weights, next day all cardio , next day weights, next day 1/2 & 1/2. When doing weight s just concentrate on reps not pounds to avoid muscle strain. so heavy lifting not needed just endurance. Bottom line increase metabolism thru reps and know your limit, trust your body and common sense

    Turbo Jam - Fat Blast is also a good workout and it is 30 minutes. It's a fun kickboxing cardio workout. Good Luck.
