Hi, Im new here. It's my second day tracking on MFP. Going well so far. I switched over from Weight Watchers, as I was struggling with the pro points system and not losing as fast as I wanted. I have a 6 month old baby and have dropped about 16kgs since the day I gave birth to him. I am aiming for another 4 kgs for first goal, and then another 5 after that. So total of 9kgs. But I also want to tone etc. so I am seeing a PT once a week, boxing class once a week and trying to get on the elliptical trainer for 20mins about 3 days/week. Hope I am on the right track??!

  • I wish you all the luck in the world. So far that sounds like a great start. I personally like this site even if I'm stuck at the moment. It's not as simple as counting points but soon you'll learn the best diet plan for you by trial and error. As for me I'm just stuck. I've been on here almost a year and originally lost 20 pounds then I stopped and now that I'm back I'm learning what works and what doesn't
