Caramel Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Made this for my company pot luck tomorrow and thought I'd share. It's one of my favorite recipes!
Caramel Apple Salsa:
1 Medium Granny Smith Apple
1 Medium Red Apple (I used a Gala)
1 Lemon
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries (I've also used dried cherries)
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Chop apples into tiny salsa sized pieces (leaving peels on) and put into a bowl. Add 1 tsp of lemon zest, 1 tsp lemon juice, cranberries, caramel, and cinnamon. Mix well. Done!
The chopping is a bit labor intensive, but otherwise pretty darn easy.

The homemade chips:
8 - 8" flour tortillas
Water
Cinnamon sugar mixture
Cut tortillas into 8 wedges each. Lay pieces out onto cookie sheet and spray or dab with water. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes (or until they start to turn brown). Let cool and eat with apple salsa!

This comes out to 92 calories for 1 tortillas worth of chips (8 chips).
Edited to add that you can probably reduce the calories by using Pita cinnamon chips and fat free caramel topping.

I wonder if you could use the 90 cal flatbreads to make the chips? They are about twice the size of a tortilla. I'm gonna have to try this. Sounds so yummy!!0
