I logged my food daily for six months and lost 32lb. Then i lost motivation and stopped logging. After a few attempts at getting back on the right track, I am now at a point where I must get serious again and refocus on eating healthy. I've gained 16lb back in the past few months. reading daily logs and statuses of mfp friends helped me stay focused before. I know it will work this time too!!
