Hi, My name is Steph and I'm new to this site, but definately not new to diets! Haha.

Thought this way would give me a bit of support and hopefully I can encourage others too!

I'm 19 and want to lose about 10kgs, If you have a similar goal or just want someone to go through this with, Add me :)
