Hello All

New here... Had a recent scare with chest pains.... still waiting for final results (should be about another 2 or 3 weeks) fingers crossed.

Time to evaluate the weight situation, for mainly health reasons. Not doing to bad at the moment, lost 16lbs (1 stone 2lbs)

    My husband had a heart attack a couple of years ago at age 45, and we totally changed our lifestyle (my weight gain is through giving up smoklng). I understand your thinking, and will try to help motivate you when the going gets tough!
