Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Front alternating dumbbell raise
Let's do 25 of arm for a total of 50 of them.
Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

DONE! Did them with 5lb weights...felt them in my lower back more than my arms/shoulders, though, so perhaps my form was wrong?0
