    1.week: carbs 80g per day, fat - only from food, without added fat (max 15-20g per day), proteins - high (about 1600kcal daily)
    2.week: carbs 60g a day... -//-
    3.week: carbs 40g a day... -//-
    4.week: carbs 20g a day.... -//-
    5.week: carbs 80g a day... -//-

    and so on... and I exercise in a gym, 3 times a week... weightlifting trening, and after that cardio 30-45min on elliptical trainer or sth like that.
