any south beach dieters?

after 2 months of long workdays, a 10 day european vacation, and a move to my new home- im 10 lbs heavier. soooo, i figured some healthy clean south beach menu plans would help. im on day 4 and doing great!!

any tips? or amazing recipes? great snack or breakfast ideas so i dont get too tired of the same stuff? (I dont eat cheese- thats the only thing that sucks about most phase 1 recipes).

also- any personal stories of how u weaned yourself back on good carbs for phase 2?

    I have a tendency to eat a lot of the same things. The Internet is great for getting good recipes. My favorite is rinsing a can
    Of chickpeas pat dry drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil season with spicy taco seasoning spread on cookie sheet bake at 400
    Degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
