90 LBS DOWN!! Before and Current PHOTOS

Here I stood.
At 20 years old, with a beautiful 8 month old on my hip!









There wasn't a love like I had found with the birth of my son.
Such a selfless love, one that I cherished and worked hard at everyday.
But behind this smile was hurt, a depression reached far beyond any love, or any source of fulfillment!
An obsession.
A insatiable need.
A health risk, and a ultimately a death sentence.

At 5'4 and 274 I was morbidly obese.
At risk of heart attack, stroke, and the development of diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and a host of other diseases.

It took someone close to me to tell me, that I was in danger, for me to realize, something had to change.
I wouldn't live to see this 8 month old, walk in a high school graduation, go to prom, or play a sport if I didn't make a change.

A true change.
No fad diet.
No fly by night weight loss scheme.

But HARD WORK and DEDICATION!

To change my life.

So here I stand 90 lbs DOWN!!








As I continue on my journey to finally be THE BEST me physically, mentally, spiritually, and raise a child to be the same!
