    I'm in, but upping the ante for myself and doubling the goal (since I'm still getting started really and I know the early lbs are the easiest)

    GW: 267.8

    Completed, but I've gone a bit extreme - CW 264.2...will be happy if I keep if off until Tuesday, but will try for another couple

    Hurts me to write that I've gained 5 pounds in one flippin' week, but I need it to come off so i can continue!!!!!

    lost exactly 2 and weighed in at 150.2 this morning!

    Wow, I am feeling like a loser (not in a good way). I weighed in at 135 last Monday and today I am at 136.4 :( I want to cry. I thought I could do this. I killed myself at the gym (7 hours from last Monday to Saturday, took Friday and Sunday off) and tracked everything I ate. :( boo me. I hope by some miracle I lose 3.4 lbs by Wednesday!

    Well then most likely it's not fat! Could be heavier muscles or water weight :smile:

    Great post! I'm new here but I unknowingly did this with everyone. A few days before the start date.

    Weighed in last Monday at 319 and today I was at 312.

    7 pounds down in a week. I'm happy and will certainly keep me motivated.

    nice job!!! May i ask what your daily calorie intake was and did ya do any exercise? :) Great job.. I dropped 7lb last week.. but i'd love to get in that 10 zone! Not sure i can do that with my weight lifting-cardio-daily intake ratio

    Daily probably about 1200/1300, lots of walks, but no strength training. I'm only really starting off, so large losses are easier cos I'm kinda heavy ;) To be honest I probably didn't log a lot of my exercise and was always well under my daily goals, but it's stupid daily stuff on top like taking the stairs instead of the lift - I guess it just all added up this week.

    Really hoping to hit a -25 weight loss by christmas I have about 15 to go! :P Thanks for the challenge!
