How come myfitnesspal doesn't have a way to calculate calorie loss through weight lifting? I mean, an hour of hard workout with weights should be equivalent to burning at least 350 to 500 calories. Am I doing something wrong with this program?

Enter in the cardiovascular section. If you enter it into weight lifting it is for record keeping only.
The burn is an estimated one though, it is near impossible to be very accurate.0 -
Because every person is a different size, shape, and burns a different amount of calories.
PLus, the intensity and the amount of weight lifted is too difficult to factor.
As the above person said, go to the cardio section and post it there0 -
Great. Thanks. It worked. I figured I was doing something wrong.0
