One Month in!

I know it's not a huge amount, but to me it's awesome! Untreated hypothyroidism makes it a bit harder for me to lose weight, and I've struggled before with keeping myself motivated. But today was my first monthly picture, and tomorrow is my weigh in. As I said, it's not a huge difference, but noticeable and makes me happy!!

    Great job!

I'm hypo as well and I've been struggling (mostly unmedicated) for a few years, so I know what you are going through.

    Keep up the great work!
  • Way to go! Amazing progress! You look great!
  • You've made great progress! Well done. I think I am an undiagonosed hypo as various symptoms that I have had for almost 20 years have lead me to believe. Have you heard of Dr Brownstein regarding your thyroid?

Thanks everyone! Been working hard 6 days a week and eating well I think, lol.

I have not heard of them, I went to an Endo near here who diagnosed me with Hashimoto's, and my levels dropped drastically within a couple months. My general doc diagnosed me with a quickly failing thyroid and recommended me to another Endo since my old and first refused to do anything

    I think it's a huge difference!!!!
  • Thank you! I haven't noticed any difference looking at myself every day, but the pictures do help solidify it!
  • Have a quick search via google before you see your Endo. It's very interesting reading and once you've read about him that will lead you on to other info regarding your thyroid. Rachael x
  • I googled my old and my new. My old was connected to my GP, same branch, but my GP was all into finding a new one. I researched for the one I'm going to and she has plenty of positive reviews. Graduated from Duke medical which is comforting!
