A couple days ago i got this rash on my left armpit.. I know eww gross... it was red, I put polysporn on it, helped a little bit, the rash is more pinkish now, but theres two little bumps on it as well that kinda look like pimples// Omg eww my parents think it might be heat rash from working out soo much, and sweating alot more then im ussed to. I wanted to know anyones thoughts, if its happened to them before. Or if anyone knows what it is or could be. And if you think it is heat rash. Id appreciate any info thanks guys.
ps, sorry for the weird info, just thought maybe other people could relate

Alright. Well do you think its anything serious ? or should it go away on its own0

Give it a few days. If it gets worse, see a dr. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.0

Are you staying in your workout clothes for a long time after you're done?0

not anymore then i have to0

Are you using a new deodorant? If you're sensitive to something and can't shower right away, maybe you can wipe yourself off with an unscented baby wipe after your workout. My daughter gets heat rash pretty easily, but it's always on her chest and back. A hydrocortisone cream should take care of it if it's a rash.0

This happens to me sometimes too. I use a diaper rash cream on it. I've found that if I adjust my diet, I can get it under control. Apparantly, it is an allergic reaction to certain kinds of artificial sweeteners. Just a possibility to look at.0
