Strength training advice??

So my problem is.... my chest itself is so weak. it was never strong! i cant do a push up, i can barely do a lady push up (if u wanna call it that lol modified"). what can i do to make it stronger?? my legs are a powerhouse and my arms themselves are decent but my chest is pathetic!! advice please

    I'm new to strength training, so definately not an expert! If you dont have acess to a gym or weights, do push ups every/ every other night or so, start by doing maybe 5 sets of one modified push up, then as you get stronger increase until you can do a normal push up, then increase them. If you do have acess to a gym I would think bench press & butterflys would be good exercises to do :)

    Learn how to plank.
    Once you have that down you can get into pushups.
    All a pushup is isa plank that you lower to the ground then back up.
    The trick is to have enough energy to "explode" up.
