what is one food that you really need to have everyday that isn't your typical addictive food?

for example mine is simply microwaved sweet potatoes.

    pb2 and pb2 chocolate - either in yogurt, a shake, fruit, on bread, on popcakes...and even just that on a spoon.

    also - I like rasins in my blackbeans. yum!

    I go through phases but my most recent was pepperoncinis...had to have at least 4 a day! I seem to be getting hooked on my protein shakes now...I crave it! Prolly cuz it taste like chocolate :|
