Does drinking lots of water make anyone else really cold? It seems to chill me to the bones, I don't refrigerate it, I drink it at room temperature :-/ Very strange xxx

    YES!! I get cold when I drink it, and i dont know why i guess because it'll still cool you down as long as its not hot water. Weird

    yes! i live in the desert, though, so it's a good thing!!! i power down ice water like nobody's business in the summa time!!!

    Agreed, it makes me cold too. I prefer mine at room temp, but I still get cold.

    I eat a lot of crushed ice. I'm always freezing. Thankfully I have a little heater at my desk. :smile:

    I have read that you should drink your water ice cold. The body burns calories warming it back up to body temperature.
