It means you've gone over your fat limit for the day by 4 grams.0

You ate over your estimated fat for the day.0

You've eaten more fat today than you should do. It's up to you whether you're monitoring your fat or just your calories. I personally don't like to eat a lot of fat anymore.0

^^^What they said. It's confusing when you see the negative sign in front of the four, but that just means that there is a difference between what you are SUPPOSED to have and what you ACTUALLY have eaten for the day.0

Hi. Anything in -red means you've gone over your "allotted" amounts for fat, calories, etc for that day. But hey, no worries, there's the next day to practice getting better at it.0
