Slim and strong--great combination! I used Chalean Extreme, from Beachbody, and found it very helpful. I also credit MyFitnessPal, Billy Blanks' Tae Bo workouts, good old-fashioned walking and running, and, lately, biking. Farm work often gives me good exercise, too. I love variety! I need to add swimming, but I'll probably have to buy a pool. I loved playing tennis and racquetball in my military days, and I wish I could add them now. (sigh) There are many ways to stay fit!0
