    I came across the first picture this morning. and compared it to a picture I took yesterday

    wow.. huuuuuuuuuuge diff.. you look amazing.. and not a "thinny" either.. but a in shape chick! def tell you work out big time vs 'just' wt loss.. such a huge diff on the body too.. awesome! and yes cry!! :wink: :drinker:

    Such an amazing accomplishment. I am 71 - had cancer, a broken leg and a knee replacement all in three years. Thought that was the end of the line for me. Decided to take the bull by the horns and do something for quality not quantity in my years.
    Saw your photos and was inspired all over again. Went from a 14 to a 10 which is loose - back to high school days. Age is
    no excuse. Look at you. So inspiring!!! Congratulations and be proud of who you are!!! So happy for you.
