Calories in tea

Is there anywhere I can fine to help me figure out the calories of my tea? I make a gallon of tea with just under a 1/3 c of sugar. It gives the needed break from unsweetened and adds enough sweetness to fight my cravings. I just don't know how many calories the 1/3 c of sugar would be when dispersed... Any ideas?

    Use the recipe tool under the food tab. Just enter your ingredients and the number of servings and it'll tell you the calories per serving.
