own body resistance workout?

OK, so i have been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, im on day 28 of it and i like the fact that ive lost almost 16 inches all over my body, here is my question, is there any GOOD websites out there that yall may know of that is own body reistance,i am wanting to build muscle, and i was told there may be some nice resistance exercises i can do. yall ever done them?are they like going to the gym? ive got alot of weight to use . 187 lbs!! if so, let me know.
