love handles

sooo how many pounds or precentage did you lose before you saw less love handles? I can see and feel the weight loss all over, clothes fit better, but i am just now seeing less of them!!!! DRIVING ME NUTS!!!

    I still have mine and I don't have much left to lose. The fact is -- your body is going to pick and choose where and when it drops the fat. Everyone is different. For you (and me), that may be the very last place that it falls from.

    I had awful love handles before. I still have them now, but they don't stick out AS bad. But I can still grab a handful when I reach back there unfortunately. But they do slowly start reducing as you lose. I carry mostly in my lower tummy & love handles as you can see. You'll get there!
