November goals! What are your goals??

    Options
    + Lose 8 pounds
    + achieve a 25 inch waist
    + At least 30 minutes of cardio 5x a week!

    Eat 100% clean the whole month.
    Drink 8 or more cups of water every day.
    Never exceed my calorie limit.
    Lose 3kg.

    Complete minimum 3km run 5 days a week or more
    Bed by 10pm in order to get up to complete said run
    Drink more water - minimum 8 glasses a day (suck at this one)
    Log all food/beverage (good or bad) for the month of November
    Lunges, Sit ups, Push ups, Squats, etc - Circuits minimum 3 times per week

    If I stick to the above then I should reach my goal of losing at least 10lbs in November!

    Lose 6 pounds
    30DS - 2 days on 1 day off throughout the month
    Drink 10 glasses of pure water a day

    Make it through the month without gaining weight... and hopefully lose 3 pounds :)

    Short term - Don't binge eat and drink this weekend at a halloween party
    Measurable - Get down to 111 pounds by the end of the month
    Attainable - Avoid high-calorie foods and find more mostly-vegetable based meals
    Realistic - Drink more water and stop eating late at night even if you have the calories-it makes you feel bad!

    Goals for November:

    To make sure I add an entry everyday for Nov.
    To continue not to eat cereal and cashew nuts (my fav)
    To only drink white spirits (not wine and champagne and sweet alcoholic drinks)
    To not eat carbs after 3pm
    To drink a lot of water
    To do Crossfit twice a week.
    To swim twice a week
    To do pump once a week on a sat or sunday
    To eat white meats like chicken and fish
    To eat vegies and salad
    To have gone from 62.1 to 59kg by the end of Nov.

    Hmmm...Let's see if I can get this right.

    S- Up my water intake to 8 cups per day
    M- Lose 15 pounds
    A- STOP THE SUGAR/CARB SNACKING!
    R- Choose lower calorie smart carbs
    T- Goal of November 30th.

    - Exercise for at least half an hour each day
    - Be under my calorie intake each day
    - Track food and exercise each day
