So, today is day thirteen of eating healthier and joining a gym. I have gone to the gym almost everyday for the last two weeks
(only missed 3 days) and haven't lost any weight! I track everything I eat. I drink alot of water. So much that I feel like a fish sometimes. To day I'm just feeling frustrated and blah. Thanks for letting me vent.

give it time! Keep up the hard work and it will show especially if you are seriously logging calories and doing some exercise0

Give it more time .good luck0

When you work out your muscles need to heal. They absorb water to heal and that will cause a wt. gain. Give it some time and the weight will suddenly start going down. Just keep doing what you're doing.0

Keep at it. Don't get obsessed with the scale.0

The journey has just begun. Consistency and focus will get you there. Use those emotions to move ahead. You can achieve your goals.0

Its only been a short while, so keep at it! and remember that muscle weighs much more than fat, so you may have lost a little weight but gained a little tone so you can't see it on the scales! don't get to worried about the number on the scales, just be concerned with how you look and feel in your clothes and in the mirror!0

This is the truth! I didnt see any results for all most my first month, then over 3 months over 30 pounds just melted off me. Now plateauing again because of I'm not putting as much effort forth like I should be, life gets in the way some times... and sprains, strains, pulls, etc. NEVER QUIT!0 -
muscle weighs more than fat. And they do need to heal so make sure to work different groups each day or take a break from strenght and do cardio. Also consecutive 13 days is awesome but not enough to make a HUGE improvement - and if you did lose too much weight that fast it would be unhealthy. Just stick with it, it takes time = )0

Measure yourself. If you have worked out 11 days out of 14 and are eating well and exercising you should see some difference in even that little of time. Try measuring your waist, hips etc. Don't look at a scale as often0

dear it will be helpfull if u open ur food diary to check what ur eating, and also remember that its all about HOW U FEEL? if taking care of your body and eating nutrients and going to gym makes u feel better then keep on doing it...
also hight salt food will retain water, open ur diary!
i've been here for less than a month.. and i have more than 25 pounds less... but i stay away from refined carbs and sugar... sustitud with splenda raw cocoa oats meal treats.. to avoit candies and junk..
