Hey ya'll,
New to this.
I'm working out a lot and eating more than my 'goal'. Is that ok?
I workout in the morning, which puts my 'goal' calories for the day in green. Am I meant to eat more? And Match the green? Or still work to my 'goal'?
Would love some advice...

When you workout, your goal changes. Match the green.0

though some people say that MFP overestimates how many calories you burn during exercise.... so aim for goal and then about 1/2-3/4's of the exercise ones. word on the street.0

I've been doing what diva suggested above, and it's been working out ok for me. I aim to eat about half the calories MFP says I'd burned...0
