I know this sounds silly but I keep getting bruises on my thighs inner and outer.

I've done alot of walking and recently brought a cross trainer for home which i do 20 mins very night (whilst im new)
Recently i've noticedlot of big bruising around thighs and top of legs my boyfriend looked whilst i was riding on my cross trainer and said I've suddenly got better muscly legs than him and that could be the reason? but i thought i'd ask peope with more experience ... I might be laking something in diet maybe?

Easy bruising can be down to a deficient diet - low vitamin C is one of the causes.

Medications and supplements can also be the cause - blood thinning drugs like aspirin, warfarin, fish oils and steroidal anti-inflammatories.

I bruised as with a glance when I was on SSRI anti-depressants - as soon as I stopped I went back to normal.

If you can't narrow it down to any of these, it can also be a sign of more serious blood conditions such as problems with platelets or clotting factors, so it's best to get checked out by your doctor.

    Good luck! :flowerforyou:

    I'll go to doctors thankyou..
It might be as simple a the vitamin C as I dont eat as much fruit and veg that contains that actually thinking about it.

If you are active, then getting bruises is pretty common. I ride my bicycle everywhere, I have bruises on my shins most weeks...I do not bruise easily per se, but I can be clumsy and knocks to any body part is likely to bruise. Sounds normal to me, unless you are bruising to the touch almost, that would be unusual.
