I see a lot of Christmas weight loss challenges out there - good for you!!!
But for those of us in maintenance or just about (5-10 pound thereabouts)... why not a challenge to STAY WITHIN our calorie ranges over the holidays? Let's meet January 1, 2013 head on with no regrets!!!
Sometimes simply maintaining around the holiday season is achievement enough...
