Something with soda, add some lime for flavour. I am a gin girl, so that works for me, still about 75 calories per drink though.

If I have the calories to spare I'll get a vodka soda with splash of cranberry juice. :)

    Captain and diet
    Gin and Tonic
    Light beer that isn't terrible

Tonic has just as many calories AND SUGAR as regular pop.

Vodka with fresh lime (not cordial) and soda water

I'm also a fan of this. Sometimes a splash of cranberry.

Drink what you want, just have water between each cocktail. It will slow you down and you won't get hungover!

No. It is a myth. Some say Sam Adams Light......but I don't touch beers with the word Light in them. Yellow fizzy water. YUCK.

Drink a full flavored craft beer. Packed with vitamins and minerals, 2 pints won't send you over the edge.

I drink an Ice Tea with lemon slices when I go out. It looks like a drink and usually people getting drunk don't notice or ask.

I'll do a cranberry and vodka, but that probably isn't less calories than a coke.

A month ago I had a pumpkin beer that was just short of 200 cal. I only drank half after logging it. No way is any liquid worth 200 cal. yuengling light isn't bad for 99 cal.

Guys thank you all for your replies!!! Not sure what to try but maybe one of each.....tequila...captains....vodka cranberry....vodka soda lime....dewarts...white wine spritzer!! There could be a hangover in site...but as long as there are not too many calories lol...

No to be honest I think I will try vodka soda lime tonight...I dont like lime but this could be a good way for me to cut down on the alcohol intake!!

Thanks again and lets all have a great weekend!!!

    tequila. job done.

Clear liquors are better than dark. Tequila is the best alcohol to drink on a diet.

My drink of choice is vodka and Cherry Coke Zero.. and if the bar does not have it I just use Dt. Coke and vodka. Vodka has about 85 calories a shot. I just preplan by eating a bit less to account for the calories. :drinker:
