                    I find myself saying " I'm the only one who is gonna sign on and log everything so why bother.  The first couple of weeks were great and i lost 6 lbs and i was so excited, but then i was the only one logging anything. Having other people logging in and chatting really does help.  So if anyone out there would like to have a new friend please send me a request or a message and we can help motivate each other

Joined today properly, got it as an app on my phone but i can ignore the little blue button or hide it. So making it my home page when i log on the computer so i cannot ignore it!             MFP is awesome and I'm logging every day...going on for 150+ days! The words of encouragement, which I have rec'd on a daily basis, sure have helped me along the way, to where so far, I have lost 25lbs!
