Hey everyone! I was wondering what (if any) workouts people who have finished the 30 day Shred recommend. I have been hearing Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is good. I will be finishing the Shred on March 30th and I am going on a cruise on April 23rd, so I really want to kick it up a notch after I finish. I have Jillian's No More Trouble Zones and that has worked well in the past, but I was hoping for some more recommendations.

I finished the Shred a month ago and have been doing Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism 3 or 4 times a week along with running 3 miles 3 days a week. It's a good video after the Shred because it is like double the cardio you would do on a Shred day, so you definitely sweat more0

I would also say to go with the BFBM video. Love it! Think it is a great one to do after the shred workouts.0
