BEFORE: 98 kilos
AFTER: 85 kilos (I am now 83)

I am still in my 'during' phase, but on the left I was 276 pounds, or maybe more, who knows, and a size 22/24, on the right was last week at 172 pounds and a size 12.

I'm 5'3, I've lost 121 lbs. 76 lbs have been lost just this year, the other 45 lbs was lost 2 years ago.
2009 - 250 lbs
2011 - 205.5 lbs

this is the closest I have to a before shot. I had lost roughly 7lbs, so I was about 221lbs.
