Hi,
I'm 5'5 and 173 pounds.
My goal weight is 125 pounds by July 2013 (a total of about 50 pounds).
If you guys have any tips for me that'd be awesome. I'm just starting to exercise and diet. I don't really know what exercises i should be doing to lose weight. Also, do raspberry ketones work?? Thanks :)

    That's a great goal. I think you can do it!

    Eat healthy and work out. It's all it takes.

    Hey we all started somewhere. Just start your research. Since you're just starting the most important thing is to just do SOMETHING. Check our Starting Strength as a book to read. It's helpful. I didn't read it though.

    I would start slow-by 1 plate of every meal a snack between breakfast & lunch..and another snack between lunch and dinner. I just started this website a few weeks ago myself...if you want, you can feel free to add me I'll do my best to be a supportive friend in your weight loss journey-if you want to be friends, that'll be great...if not, i understand...you can check my profile if you want too! :)
