I have just filled out all my information on how much i want to use, and how often i workout. Apparently, i am suppose to consume 2100 calories a day?! i feel as if that is slightly out there. :noway:

That's not really so out there. I'm supposed to eat about 1950 per day and I'm a 32 yo woman. Feel free to double check the numbers:

MFP just gives very generic guidelines. Not everyone gets the same results eating the same way. This thread shows a different way to calculate your daily calories, and there's a ton of information here for those of us (me) who are clueless:
