    Well done. I still remember the day I ran 10km. I was over the moon. Now I do that daily like it's no big deal. 10km minimum now. My next goal is 13.1km, then 25.

    Hoping to do my first Dec. 1. I am running 6 miles today for the first time. I have been in training for the10 k. Thank you for sharing this. I am sure I will have the same feeling, too. You should be proud! What an accomplishment! God bless!
