I weigh myself twice a week. first thing in the morning. Thursdays and Mondays.0

I'd say whenever and however is best for you, but be consistent so you don't get tripped up on the fluctuating numbers! Personally, I weigh in once a week, first thing in the morning, and butt naked

I weigh less when i wake up in the mornings, without fail. I like to weigh myself in this "clean slate" stage0
