Hello I'm new here and loving it already. I strated two days ago. I starte jogging and keeping my calorie intake under 1300. I would love to heard from any body for some motivation THANKSS

    Welcome Andrea! This is definitely a great place to call home. Even if you go at a slower pace (i.e. eat more than your 1300/day on occasion) you will reach your goals. This site provides some great tools and great people for support. Make yourself at home, and best wishes!
  • I just started last week and already love this site. It is very easy to use and very motivating. It keeps me accountable and I have never been successful with counting calories but this site makes it easy. Last week I found a recipe in a magazine...and the nutrional information for it was already on this site!!!!

  • Thank you B3ARKY it feels good to heard from other members. Like I said in my post I want to take easy and don't set some crazy goals but I defanaly getting to my goal of losing 20 pouns just by jogging 6 times a week and eating healthy. I'm so tired of low carbs diets, I reacently lost 30 pounds and get them all back within two months. I just eating less of everything sounds much healthier.:wink: Thanks for your response.
