I know family is trying to be nice when they say they notice a difference on me when losing weight but I tend to think they are only saying that because they have been told that I've lost x amount of pounds..

Well today someone who works at my In Laws house finally noticed! I'm not thin by any means but I've lost some weight. And she was like "Wow look at all the weight you have lost" It made me fee really good today! I really needed it!

    That's great - I am still waiting for people to "notice me" too - I have just dropped a size in jeans and my body shaped has changed drastically and still people haven't noticed - oh well, I know my body is changing so I should be happy with that - but like you say it's just great for someone who doesn't know you are losing to weight to comment - hope your "high" inspires you to keep at it xx

    That's really great. It must be such a great feeling.

    I've lost 25 pounds this year and someone told me yesterday "Look how tiny you're getting!" I'm not a small girl but any means but it made me feel ELATEDDDD.
