BMR help

I just did a BMR calculator and it said 1400 calories. Does that mean I should be eating 1400 cal per day? Or does it mean if I stick to 1200 cal per day I'll have a good 200 cal deficit? HELP!

Your BMR is not your maintenance calories. The above link explains it much, much better than I could. If you read it, I think it will help.0 -
