    I am "a little" out of your age range.
    However, I am in UK (Surrey - although I am Welsh, not English), I log in everyday with an open diary and a fairly closed mind to much of the so-called wisdom spouted by many of the self-styled, so-called "Experts" who post "improving" messages in MFP (usually with a photo of their navel, but never their faces - which I find curious).

    I will leave it to you to decide if you want to include me in your list.

    I'm 41 and I'm almost there, down 37lbs (as of today!!!) with 3 left to go but the hardest part is maintanance!!! Been on my journey since January 2012 and I've worked hard at it, just now don't want to slip.

    Hiya. I'm from Lancashire, anyone feel free to add me too. I started again today - haven't done anything since July - and could do with some motivation and support as finding it tough to get into the right frame of mind.
